Ms. Hunter's career was launched in 2004 by the late great bluesman Sam Taylor. Her first CD, “Life Lesson’sâ€, debuted in 2005. It remained a staple on over 200 radio stations here in the states, and on many European stations. She is currently working with international recording artist, Steve Cochran on a follow up CD “Walk in My Shoesâ€. Each show is a true " Happening" of Blues, Funk, Soul& "EVERYTHANG" in between!
Terri Lynn & Thunder Blues
Terri Lynn transports the crowd to Harlem in the 1920's, a street corner in New Orleans, a shack in the muddy Delta, delivering music too complex to be fenced by labels Too smart to be blues, and too emotional to be jazz. With the attitude of Aretha Franklin, the deeply moody notes of Billie Holiday, and the southern flavor of Patsy Cline.
Vivian Vance Kelly
Vivian Vance Kelly is the daughter of Chicago musician and artist Mr. Vance "Guitar" Kelly. She is also the granddaughter of the well-known Andrew Kelly of the R&B and Gospel group "The Kelly Brothers" and Lorine Kelly of the Gospel group "The McCauley Singers". As a young girl Vivian performed weekly in the blues clubs of Chicago. In 2000, Vivian held a European tour, and in 1999 she was nominated for best songwriter at the Chicago Blues Awards, hosted by Koko Taylor.
