The Muddy (Formerly "Bourbon's") is an 18+ (with ID and special restrictions) music venue in the former Newburry Room, below the Muddy River Smokehouse. We are located in the heart of downtown Portsmouth NH, right across the street from the North Church in Market Square.
We have live music every Tuesday upstairs inside the Smokehouse Lounge of the Muddy River as part of our "Acoustic Music" series. Every Wednesday through Saturday we offer live music from around the region, including national acts. With a full menu available upstairs, and a special Muddy Menu available downstairs, every night is a good night to join your friends at The Muddy.
