Founded in 1990, the Billtown Blues Association, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing opportunities for area residents to experience blues music; producing quality performance opportunities for national, regional and local artists who have a devoted interest in this music; and preserving blues music as a valued American art form by educating interested members and non-members about the Blues.
The Billtown Blues Association, Inc. is supported in part by a grant from the Pennsylvania Council On the Arts for our efforts to perpetuate America's indigenous music, the blues, in rural Pennsylvania, and grants from the Pennsylvania Tourism Office and the Lycoming County Visitors Bureau.
